Review Description: Klipsch is a bad choice. Don't get me wrong, they sound awesome, but it always has problems. (not connecting to the device, randomly stoping, ect.)Also they don't respond to our issues. (since 2021)

Review Title: Defective products and non-existent support
Review Description: Two pairs of defective headphones. Was told another ear bud would be shipped to make up for the defective one. 10 days and it has not even been shipped. It takes forever to get a reply, even if you respond seconds after they send a message to you. I figured this was because I bought ~$120 headphones instead of something more expensive, but looks like this happens at all ends of the price spectrum. Never again.

Review Title: Rare system failure...Great customer centric service... @ KLIPTCH not Rare at all!
Review Description: Even though my unique circumstance was not rectified, I felt like the level of service and product knowledge and communication was topflight! Currently, I can not afford to replace my current CS 700 but the effort was made to provide replacement system at a discount in good spirit. Review Title: Don't ever expect to get a response…
Review Description: Don't ever expect to get a response from support. I've been waiting for 2 months now without a response from them. My standing floor speaker that cost $799 for the pair had the tweeter stop working entirely (not blown just nothing coming from it) after 3 months of use. I will never be purchasing a Klipsch again product for as long as I live.

Review Description: I purchased the home theater package then upgraded to the bookshelf speakers and with the wireless system that I have rocks especially when Austin city limits is on either live or recorded the system rocks with my Sony receiver

Review Title: Decent products, bad customer service
Review Description: Decent products, but if something goes wrong, don't expect any help from their customer service. I got a sw 115-r subwoofer. The Amp keep shutting down, every 1-4 min, with or without any signals going in to it.I wrote to the customer service 22 august. Still haven't heard anything from them, only the, we haven't forgotten you, but we are busy at the moment, standard email.My advice is. Can you fix any problems yourself, fine, buy the products. If not. Stay away, or hope nothing ever happens.

Review Title: Klipsch has terrible customer service
Review Description: I’ve been reaching out to Klipsch since May 2021. I received an email on August 3rd saying they were busy but had not forgotten about my issue. Now it’s September and still nothing. Ive never had such awful experience with customer service. As someone who has 5 sets of their products in my home. I find it hard to ever make another purchase with Klipsch. Be aware. Good products but if an issue arises… you’re on you own. They don’t care after they get the money.

Review Description: I have had enough. One of the world leading companies for sound has just nothing to say to me. Emails have been sent. Faulty ear pods have been sent back, costing a fortune. Still no reply by Morgan. The person who contacted me about the issue. I mean, I live in Namibia. And sound and music is my passion. But, do they reply???? Do respond???? Do they even care????!
