Chris despatched a tech to take away some filler and nonetheless it was not working for me. After explaining my state of affairs to Mike the supervisor at my retailer, he had me are available and sit in all of the recliners until I discovered the proper one. we then exchanged it, and I could not be happier with the service each Chris and Mike offered.
