Review Description: Don't make the mistake we did.Purchased lazy boy one year ago and all the stitching has come loose and letting go. The company that we purchased it from is luckily refunding the purchase price and letting us pic out new living room furniture. It will not be LAZY BOY. What ever happened to quality? Well you won't find it with lazy boy. Did I tell you that two weeks after the original purchase we already had issues with it and they had to send out new parts. What a joke.Stay away from lazy boy.

Review Description: I would give a zero if possible. This is the third post I have made trying to get someone from LaZBoy to return my call. I have a broken frame on a chair less than 2 years old. I have had a tech come out, determine I need a new frame, it was ordered and received, now I’m trying to get someone at LaZBoy to schedule the repair. Once again management does not return calls. The store must schedule the final service to repair my chair. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never buy LaZBoy again.

Review Description: We ordered 2 ottomans. They used the cheapest quality canister wheels and one of them bent shortly afterwards. They sent a third party out to inspect, who put in a request for 4 new wheels. Over 3 months later, I called Lazy Boy. The wheels were never ordered and now they are saying we have to pay for them.

Review Description: Wow has this company ever went down the toilet. The padding in the head of my loveseat is breaking down in less than a year. Called customer service and after 4 hours on hold someone finally answered. Sent someone out and he order new head padding. Said when it comes in to call customer service. Called first thing in the morning and, going on 2 hours, am still on hold. They are not the company they used to be. For the price they gouge us for they should be a lot better.

Review Description: Pathetic, incompetent and an extreme waste of time. I bought over a dozen Lazy Boy products in my life and have a question now on a item and given the run around after waiting for over two hours. No call back only waiting. Lazy boy you are a big company surely you can do better. I’m retired and this is another topic to discuss at lunch.

Review Description: Leather recliner is sub standard. Alcohol removes the finish off the leather. So hair spray residue removes the finish. Spill an alcoholic beverage on it and the finish is gone. Looks Ike a aware based finish was painted onto the leather not a properly tanned product.

Review Description: I tried contacting Customer Service to get replacement screws for my old LazyBoy Recliner. The response was extremely slow and each time I was asked new questions to which I responded. In the end I was told that someone would contact me about the replacement screws. That never happened. The recliner has been great, but if I ever buy another one I will assume that it will be "As Is with No Warranty" since I've been unable to get even a small problem resolved by this company.

Review Description: Chair was delivered Oct 25th. Four days I tried getting thru to customer service. I ended up calling the store where the chair was purchased. They were to forward a message. I was told I'd get a response in 72 hrs. Nothing. Back on the phone, after waiting 25 min, I was asked if I wanted to be contacted by text. Another hour later, a text came. This system is NOT the way to build customer satisfaction. Almost seems like La-Z-Boy wants to distance themselves once sale is completed.
