My assessment for la-z-boy.com I had a fantastic expertise with my gross sales rep Chris and Supervisor Mike on the Dale Mabry retailer in Tampa FL, after receiving my recliner I used to be stunned to see that it was going to be uncomfortable on my again. Chris despatched a tech to take away some filler and nonetheless it was not working for me. After explaining my state of affairs to Mike the supervisor at my retailer, he had me are available and sit in all of the recliners until I discovered the proper one. we then exchanged it, and I could not be happier with the service each Chris and Mike offered.
