Un servicio al cliente decepcionante

As a long-time customer of lamparayluz.es, it pains me to share this less than stellar review. If you're looking to be stuck at home for days on end, eagerly awaiting a package that never arrives, then this is the place for you. Offering "free" shipping above a certain purchase amount, they effectively hold you hostage at home, only to be met with a frustrating experience. The website itself is intentionally designed poorly, with insufficient address entry fields during the payment process being a red flag. Upon payment, the lack of address entry becomes clear when the delivery never shows up as scheduled. Contacted by the carrier, I was informed that my package couldn't be delivered due to an incomplete address. Interestingly, the store didn't even ask for my phone number during the order, only an email, making it impossible for the carrier to contact me for the complete address and to deliver the package. It was only after a wasted day at home that I noticed the email, and upon calling the store, I was met with condescension and blame-shifting. The entire setup seems like a ploy to force customers to spend more to meet the minimum free shipping threshold. This ultimately leads to overpaying for items just to reach that minimum, only to receive a subpar delivery service at the end of it all. The aggressive and insulting policy is a true disservice to customers, and the customer service only adds insult to injury.
