The situation worsened when I went to collect the door on December 1, 2018, only to find that it wasn't available at the Perigueux store as promised. When the door finally arrived, it was coated with a factory finish that I never requested. This has presented a significant issue, as it limits my ability to paint the door white, given that the interior crossbar is also brown. Seeking assistance, I contacted Lapeyre Perigueux multiple times, only to be redirected to the aftersales service, where I was met with a disappointing lack of support and empathy.
