I was informed after i canceled my first appointment that my care credit card had already been charged. The service cost was $3000. I was told only the rep who i first spoke with could issue a refund. When he and i talked again i was told he could only refund half my money. Such an injustice! i signed no documents, i authorized NO verbal agreement, I have nothing in writing. NOW I'm being forced to use your services!!! This is a desperate and horrible company with unethical business practices!!!!!
