Appalling company

My review for lastminute.com Appalling company. IF you can get through to speak to somebody you WILL be fobbed off! Emails clearly state “flight from Birmingham to Malta”. Click on the link which says airline one and it takes you to a rail company; click on that link and it takes you to a bus company! As if I’m going to catch a bus from Birmingham to London Gatwick to get my flight from Heathrow to Malta! This was absolutely NOT made clear at the time of booking. They will not admit FALSE ADVERTISING so we will be taking it further!

Misleading pricing

My review for lastminute.com The price changed at the very end of the transaction. Fees were added as I did not pay by the method 'Mastercard Viabuy' but chose 'Mastercard'. It doubled the price of my purchase. I should not have used this site for buying flights anyway; buy direct from the airline.

BAD BAD BAD !!!

My review for lastminute.com one of baddest services I've ever had in my life. Flighttime of my flight is changed and now it's impossible for me to get there on time, because I need to come from a remote island in Raja Ampat. I asked for a refund because thats the way how it works when a flightime is changed (it's even in the mail that i can get a refund if I don't agree with the new flightschedule).2 times im in a chat with someone frome the helpdesk and both time they say its simply impossible and close the chat when I attend them on the fact that its my right to have my money back..big company, with such a bad service. I will never in my life book a trip account via this website.

Wouldn’t recommend.

My review for lastminute.com Property was fine, however upon entering the building the courtyard is filled with trash, fridges and cables and then there is water coming from god knows where which smells badly. TV didn’t work and shower left a lot to be deserved along with the comfort of the pull out bed (ZERO) Also, waking up to insects on the wall was a real highlight.

My review for lastminute.com I have complained to them directly and asked them please please please not to continue to book flights through Ryanair. They are in a third-party booking dispute and it causes absolute chaos and problems when you try and check in. This may not happen to everybody as you are randomly selected, but it ruined our holiday cause so much stress and expense. They need to make this clearer prior to booking and basically just stop doing it until they can make friends of Ryanair. I would hate this experience to happen to anyone else.
