Review Description: Leesa shipped our mattress via Fedex, who dumped the mattress on our driveway. Driver didn't ring bell, despite large note on front door asking delivery drivers to RING BELL. They did not text, or call as per the agreement, or bother to haul the 110LB matress up the 15 stairs for my 73 year old wife. That's Leesa/Fedex for you. Maybe next time they'll leave a note saying "Free Mattress".

Despite repeated phone calls to Leesa and to UPS the mattress sat in the UPS warehouse for a week. Finally she drove to the UPS warehouse and picked it up herself. NO help loading it into her car and no refund for service not rendered.

Review Description: I weigh 180 and this mattress is not comfortable for me. I am a side sleeper and wake up every morning with neck pain and back pain. It may be too firm for me. Unfortunately I thought it would get better over time but it did not. I missed the return window. It would maybe be good for a back sleeper with an adjustable bed.My partner weighs 250 and wakes up with neck pain as well. Review Description: Apparently there were some "fraudulent" activity going on that they detected in THEIR systems. I know for certain that my credit card approved my purchase right away. I did not hear back from them until 4 days later. And I had to call them internationally to confirm all the information that I had accurately spelled out to them before. Thanks to them I'll be sleeping on the floor until they decide to deliver my mattress. Hope your mattress is good enough for my aching back.
