Booked two rooms in March 2020, but had to cancel due to Covid travel restriction by Indian Govt from UK to India, no fault on my behalf. Emailed the hotel 3 days before the booking date. Up to now they have refused to refund ( About Rs 13,000) the amount. On the other hand, had no problem getting the refund from Days Hotel, Jalandhar, and also from Virgin Atlantic airways.
