Review Description: Be careful of Lens.com. They lure you in with great prices, then tack on a $75 in taxes and fee. When I called their customer service, they could not give me a breakdown of what these "fees" were or how much.

Review Description: Well still waiting on my rebate , they say it's going to take longer they are backlogged so it could take up to 24 weeks before I get my rebate back . I just think it's wrong to say 12 weeks then you wait the 12 weeks and call them and they say backlogged .

Review Description: I put in an order with Lens.com in August with the same $105 rebate offer others are complaining about. We are over halfway through December and I have yet to receive the original rebate from August. I contacted them once and did get some kind of excuse that it was a supply chain issue. Seriously! I've checked on their rebate tracker site a couple of times and it shows "Card Fulfillment by Visa Card Processor". So it's ready to go. Just waiting on "Card Mailed by Visa Card Processor". Guess the post office must having supply chain issues too. SMH

Review Description: I’ve been told several times that my rebate would be mailed. Unfortunately, I ordered again, before I found out they were not honoring their mailing time frame for rebates, Now, they won’t let me return my last order because the bar codes were taken off boxes as I needed those to submit for another rebate. I never want to do business with them again. I have no idea how to start a class action suit, but they should not be allowed to be in business.

Review Description: SCAM SCAM SCAM Have been a customer for a few years but they have changed recently. Our last order had a "processing Fee" nearly 5X higher than the previous order of $9 to $47. I will switch back to a major drug store chain that offers online lenses moving forward.
