I libri sono arrivati in pessime condizioni, uno con degli strappi tra le pagine centrali, entrambi con le copertine spiegazzate, e sporchi di polvere. Ho spiegato l'accaduto al telefono, e l'addetta al servizio clienti non ha proferito nessuna parola di scusa per l'incidente. Mi ha chiesto delle fotografie dei danni, e chiesto se preferissi una sostituzione o una resa con rimborso, senza però fornire istruzioni chiere sulle modalità in cui sarebbero avvenute. Ho dovuto fare io molte domande per capire meglio come comportarmi, e accettato di spedire le foto per e-mail. Le risposte ricevute erano scritte in forma molto informale, sbrigativa e non apologetica. Capita la totale mancanza di professionalità, ho chiesto un rimborso, e mi hanno risposto che l'avrebbero effettuato solo una volta ricevuti indietro i libri, senza specificare nulla sulla modalità del ritiro.
