INSTEAD OF EMAILING ME THE LETTER FIRST, "THIS EMAIL DATED APRIL 6TH 2018 CLEARLY STATES THAT THE PAYMENT WAS ALREADY PROCESSED AND THE LETTER IS ATTACHED". I DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THE LETTER BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED AS AGREED. THE EMAILED LETTER WAS NOT SUFFICIENT BECAUSE IT STATED THAT I WAS UNAWARE THAT I PUT MY ACCOUNT ON AUTODRAFT. I STATED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THAT PHONE CALL THAT I DID NOT PUT THAT ACCOUNT ON AUTODRAFT I JUST MADE A ONE TIME PAYMENT.
