My review for lowes.com Bought 2 products to remodel a home 1 from HOME DEPOT 1 from LOWES..went to return the undamaged unboxed product to Lowes unable to get store credit or return the item outside the 90 day window but Home Depot took their item back and issued a store credit. Don't shop at Lowes go to Home depot B

My review for lowes.com Bought a Frigidaire side by side ref. That was first mistake. I think Fridgidair and Bosch are competing to see who can make the worst refrigerator. Going thru the Lowes five year protection plan to get repair work done is a total nightmare coupled with employees who have no idea what they are doing will drive anyone crazy. I went through this process three times. They twice had to replace the refridg and the third time involved the nightmare warranty service. All I can say is I will never buy another appliance from Lowes. Incompetence is rampant in this company. J

My review for lowes.com I have spent well over $100,000 in my personal life and thru my home improvement business(HighBanks Home Improvements). I love some of their employees at my favorite store (Todd is the most knowledgeable and friendly person I've ever met, he personally was responsible for me continuing to shop this location), but their management and more specifically their loss prevention person (Kevin), have guaranteed I will drive three more miles to Home Depot. My truck was hit by a cart holding a bunch of merchandise, driven by high wind. No big deal, I understand things happen and the store manager on duty didn't check weather reports and chain up 400 lb carts on wheels. It was just a $500 repair, but now it's rusted and may cost $2000. Whatever . But what if my daughters hand was caught when the cart impacted my truck? It would have been severed, and the manager on duty and Kevin their "loss prevention" person, should be held accountable D

Lowes Surprise: Betrayed by Low Price Guarantee!
I couldn't believe it when Lowes failed to honor their low price guarantee. I had done my homework and found the exact same Whirlpool fridge at Menards for $468, while Lowes was selling it for $649. Armed with proof in hand, I confidently approached the sales team, only to be met with resistance. Despite presenting all the evidence, they tried to spin a web of excuses, even bringing up Menards' delivery charges, which had nothing to do with the price difference. I felt disheartened as they made me wait for 25 minutes, discussing amongst themselves, leaving me hanging. Lowes had always been my go-to for home improvements, but this experience left a bitter taste. The low price guarantee, which should have been a safety net, turned out to be nothing more than a hollow promise. I hope they can rectify this and restore my faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction. T

We spoke with a really nice man , they only had one on floor , box damage in corner . He was convinced it would be fine . I felt inside hole of side of box . The cardboard not bent . Husband open it up to make cabinets today . Went down to exchange . They had 6 in stock . Even with receipt , guy said we can,t need to wait for money to go through . We been a costumer for years . So he comes home . Angry saying we don,t need to go there anymore . He had problems with little things not one to return . Well happy valentine day for me ! Hidden Charge on Front Door Purchase
My review for lowes.com I brought a new front door from Lowe’s for I what appeared to be a good price. When looking at the invoice, prior to making my purchase, I found a $900 additional charge I couldn’t explain. The staff told me that because my house has 2 x 6 construction rather than 2 x 4, my doorframe was considered a custom job requiring extra money. In speaking to an installer, they said that 50% of the doors they install are into 2 x 6 construction, and most new construction is being done with 2 x 6 studs. This does not support the custom job argument, showing it to be a rip-off. S

My review for lowes.com I made purchases of appliances in 77459 Lowes store,they did a wrong measurement on the inbuilt microwave and installed it . To get it exchanged,I spent too much time in the store and on the phone with the customer care. The staff at the store are arrogant,rude,and inconsiderate. I made a huge mistake selecting this store . Will never go back to Lowes . This company should do some improvements and training . I will never recommend anyone to go to Lowes . No stars for. D

LIZZIE AT Lowes in Kennewick is the worst
My review for lowes.com Lowes in Kennewick is the worst. The associate, Lizzie is a real doozy. We ordered kitchen cabinets through her. When they arrived they were wrong. Wrong ones we ordered, and wrong sizes. When we got it figured out what needed corrected, she NEVER ordered them. Come September when she said they would be arriving, the cabinets did not arrive, because Lizzie never ordered them. She lied every time we talked to her about the order. She lied in text messages, emails, and phone calls that she had ordered them. Lizzie is still employed at Lowes and I still see her in the cabinets section. I went without a kitchen from June 2023 to January 2024 all because Lizzie lied. Obviously Lowes supports that. Beware of ordering anything from them. We will never recommend Lowes for anything Lizzie is working around. You will never get what you ordered from her. L

Inexperienced Staff, customer service training needed
My review for lowes.com I purchased wall cabinets online and also paid for delivery. I received cabinets next day on 11-28-2023 and 1 cabinet was damaged. I contacted Lowes at 20201 Interstate 45 North Spring,Tx. I informed them of the problem and asked that the damaged cabinet be picked up and replaced with a new one. I was told that they would pick up the damaged cabinet. However, I would have to go online and place another order and pay another delivery fee. I asked to speak to the manager and was told those instructions were from the manager. I then requested that the entire order be picked up and that my account be credited. Lowes picked the cabinets but didn’t credit my account, which made me have to go through a dispute with the credit card company and that was a complete nightmare. I had to make numerous calls to Lowes corporate office to get the matter resolved and get a refund. From this experience with Lowes , I think that the staff including the managers are incompetent and need customer service training. Avoid shopping at this Lowes store A

My review for lowes.com I signed up for a PRO credit card and placed my order in store. I was not given a temporary card, so I cannot view or follow my order online, nor place an order myself, online as I cannot get into my account until I receive a certain code, in the mail. It's been a week and I still have received NOTHING. You can place an order with a store associate. I called the store 3 times and still am unable to place an order with them through my new Lowes Pro account so it will go through my new card. I called the front desk and the person tells me they know nothing about the department!!! What a third world country experience! This is supposed to be America! L

My review for lowes.com I purchased a refrigerator and a icemaker kit on Feb. 4, 2024. It was delivered on Feb. 6th. I was told by the delivery people that they could not Install the ice maker they didn't know how. So I called the store and spoke with someone who was not helpful. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and they referred me back to the store where the appliance was purchased. After numerous calls today Sat. Feb. 10th I called the store again to speak with the person I was told to ask for which was Joey Sorbello. Never got to talk with hmi. But the guy I spoke with informed me that since they went to 3rd party delivery thay no longer installed the ice makers. Why sell it to me if it cant be installed. I am 74 I cant install it. I am going to return it which will make 3 trips to the store. I definitely am not a happy customer! J

Don’t order a refrigerator from Lowes.
My review for lowes.com I found a refrigerator, ordered and waited. My delivery was changed 3 times. Then it was canceled. What do they think people are doing with no refrigerator. They didn't explain or try to offer an alternative. Very poor service. I bought one directly from Whirlpool. Delivery in one week. V

This is our third time waiting for carpet to be installed for them to not show up. When they do show up, they use our bathroom and leave the toilet seat up. My review for lowes.com Lowe’s is the worstYou go into a store and most items are out of stock and no employee or manager can tell you when the item will be in stock. Or you order something let’s say flooring, you are given a date that you can pick up the materials but the materials are not there on the date that you were given to pick up? Then you find out that you got a VM from Lowe’s the same day that your order can not be filled as they have negative stock after you are already at the store to pick up. The message also stated that the person who can handle this order issue won’t be on until the next day!!! Lowe’s the hit or miss company G

My review for lowes.com Absolutely the worst customer service. Everyone Hired by Jerry at this location is sanctimonious and self-serving. Most of the people at this location are racist. Not all, but most ,of the employees act as if you owe them something for being at Lowe’s. Great class and character Jerry , you’re doing a great job they’re following your example. Pathetic.
