My review for macys.com I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Macy.com. On 1/31, a supervisor from Macy online canceled my order that was placed on 1/13/24. My order number was #2872890696. When, I called about my order about two weeks ago, a representative said it would arrive by 1/26 or 1/27. Yesterday I called and Christina abruptly canceled my order. She never gave me a reason; just apologized! Cancelation of my order is not only an inconvenience; but has caused me significant frustration and disappointment! I do understand that unforeseen circumstances; can sometimes lead ot order cancelations. But, no customer should have to contact a professional company after 17 days; with no prior communication! This is unacceptable! My perception of Macy is totally tarnished! I have ordered from all of your competitors and have never been treated in this fashion! I would appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution! S

My review for macys.com I am so disappointed with Macys after having shopped there for 40 years. Their customer service is appalling. Their products are no longer reliable or quality. I ordered a bathrobe that had a stain and threads pulled. I returned it and received two different emails weeks apart stating they received my return. I ordered 3 bras and am still waiting for 2 to arrive. Three weeks after I ordered. I contacted them and they could not help me other than to tell me to wait until Feb 2. It was to arrive Jan 19. The post office shows the delivery as pending. I will no longer shop at Macys. Sad. A

Gift receipts Are Not Honored At Macy’s-Don’t Bother To Get One
My review for macys.com I rec'd a gift along with a gift receipt from a friend for Christmas. I returned the item but never received the credit on my Macy's card. After 5 weeks, speaking with 5 different people each time, I was finally told that the refund went back to my friend (remember, I provided a gift receipt for the purchase). I was told that they no long honor gift receipts. I was a card holder for over 20 years and decided not to shop there any longer. What happed to them????? L

Cannot understand the representatives…
My review for macys.com Cannot understand the representatives at all, try to be courteous but when you can't understand a word they say ! No resolution on missing order, excuses and want you to wait another 5 business days, wait another 7 to 10 days for refund. Unacceptable business practice, on hold way to long, can tell it's a call center from back ground noise. I wasn't the only unhappy customer. At this rate we will lose more stores.... A

It was disappointing to encounter multiple errors and a lack of attention to detail, especially when it came to redeeming my rewards. The frustration peaked when I discovered an error in my Star Rewards status, indicating that I needed to spend an additional $1,000 to maintain my Platinum status. Despite providing clear evidence of my previous purchases, I found myself caught in a cycle of being transferred, disconnected, and speaking with representatives who seemed unable to comprehend the issue at hand. However, amidst the chaos, I finally had the opportunity to speak with a manager who assured me that the discrepancies would be resolved. Despite my initial skepticism, I held onto the hope that Macy's would rise to the occasion and rectify the situation. While my personal experience with Macy's customer service may have been disheartening, I choose to see this as an opportunity for Macy's to elevate their standards and provide the exemplary service that their customers deserve. My review for macys.com Macy's for the most part is a reliable company and I generally receive items in a few days. However, before the holidays they sent me the wrong sweater that I had ordered, and by the time I received it, the original sweater was no longer in stock. The good news is that my husband ended up loving the 'wrong' sweater and so we decided to keep it. At least it was the same brand and price point (Ralph Lauren), and was excellent quality. My review for macys.com Macy's is actually one of my favorite store. On this particular day my family and I was looking for sales deal after Christmas stuff, anyways to make a long story short we wanted to pay for the items we picked up. Went to the lady at the jewelry counter by the escalator and directed us to another register and of course no one was there. So we walk around to customers service and paid there. I asked was there a reason we couldn't pay there and was told we could have paid anywhere in the store. I thank the lady there Ms Peta very nice young lady. So I went to get the lady's name and she held her name tag so I couldn't see it. This was in Fayetteville NC... shame on you lady who was just standing there talking. I work in customers service and I pray that I never become like you...
