Review Description: Ordered a mattress and adjustable frame, knew it was going to be a while due to this pandemic. After 4 weeks finally got a call to deliver, guys show up with the right mattress but wrong bed frame. Called customer service and they can't get new frame to me for another week.... matress is now lying on the floor to sleep! Have called multiple times with no help from anyone and then got lied to by one CSA only to have the next tell me something completely different. Horrible customer service!

Review Description: I ordered 2 in stock simple items . 1 showed up after 2 weeks and the other says being delivered but never shows up. There is a reason why they are doing so poorly and closing many stores. Then they all blame others instead of repairing their own screw ups. It’s incredible how bad a major retailer can become.

WEEKS LATER still no delivery. I call customer service to find out what's going on and am told the items are out of stock. Then why did you tell me the item had been shipped?????? I've spoken to 6 customer service employees over the past months and each of them promised to find a solution, but four months later and I still haven't received my refund. I've had no problems with delivery of my orders, but I'm really dissapointed with the customer service handling this return.

Review Description: Macy's recently had a jewelry sale. Everytime I would try to add an item to my bag.. the website wouldn't allow it. A box would appear and say " sorry, try again, they were experiencing web problems. So I kept trying and it just never worked so I write everything down and decided to call the next day. I called the next day but the sale was over and they wouldn't honor the sale prices. This has happened to me before. I won't try again.

Review Description: Awful, awful, awful. Ordered something from a gift registry and need them to intercept it to stop it from arriving with UPS (I can't since I didn't ship it myself) and I can't seem to get the idea through to any agents that I speak with over the phone. I understand that English isn't everybody's first language but Macy's needs to get people helping their customers who can understand and communicate properly. Very frustrating.
