Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

My review for magicyclebike.com Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I bought my Cruiser from their Canadian site - and I chose it BECAUSE they seemed to be Canadian. So when I got a notification that it had shipped from China I was pissed off. But I got the bike, rode it for 6 weeks, and the battery would no longer charge. I had to jump through their hoops for 3 weeks - sending videos and photos. They tried to sell me a 50% off battery, even though their warranty says that they’ll replace the battery for free. I finally got it after I had to pay $60 for shipping - though I got free shipping on the bike itself?. Was able to ride it another 5-6 weeks and once again the battery failed. This time, I had been outside for 5 MINUTES in -26C, and it was stored indoors the other times. And if has never started again. Contacted Janice again, who first said it just needed to be warmed up, and then it should charge just fine and work fine. 9 days later, NOPE. Then the very next day I emailed them to say that the first information made no sense once the battery is dead it’s dead and then they said oh yeah, the warranty is voided because you were outside in too cold of weather. So I said to them, where did it say on your website that it was too cold of weather and they admitted that they had to update their site for Canadiens because it didn’t say that. And now they just ignored me because they won’t cover it under warranty,They are the cheesiest group of losers ever. They will do everything in their power to sell your new stuff and I think they are total scam. I’m convinced they don’t care about customers they just get a constant stream of new people in who don’t know any better their website has been sanitized of negative feedback. You will not find a Review below 3, even though I wrote a 1- star review and they changed it to 5 stars, then deleted it altogether. Don’t get excited about their 2-year battery warranty. You aren’t going to be able to claim anything against it so it doesn’t matter if they told you they had a 20 year warranty. and they don’t give a damn that I have a bike now that doesn’t work needs yet another battery - but now I found out that actually, the battery charger is part of the problem too. My Dad tested the voltage on it and it outputs 8 volts when charging a 52 volt battery. So then when I contacted for the final time recently, they said that they could offer me a battery at 50% off again. But they wouldn’t cover it under warranty otherwise. They don’t care that I’ve not had this bike working for more than 3 months out of the last 5, and am dealing with the 2nd failed battery in a row. They don’t care that I have a $2500 paperweight here, and they just continue to try and upsell me. But it was when I saw that they had changed my 1- star review on their website to a 5- star review, and so I posted it again and they never approved it - I realized then that these people are total frauds and they don’t care about repeat customers, or making their current customers happy. They’ll just get new ones and lie to them. Go and check their website out, it doesn’t have a single review less than a 3. Yet, I wrote TWO -star reviews, and they got rid of both of them. You only have to look at the one star reviews on Trustpilot here to realize that there are plenty of angry customers and yet their website has been clearly sanitized, and that is an act of fraud. Speaking of frauds, these people stole the bike design of their Magicycle Cruiser Pro from the Himiway Cruiser - even the Bike name, and the Bike description came from Himiway’s website. Their bike is a defective piece of crap, They avoid honoring the warranty, jerk their customers around and in the end, they have turned me into public enemy #1. I have all of the email conversations ever made between them and me, and I’m gonna tell everyone I meet not to buy gt them. If they won’t honor the warranty or give me my money back because they sold me defective crap to begin with,I’m gonna work it out of their ass in lost revenue from other people. I’m also gonna work with the provincial and federal governments in Canada to get them banned from selling in this country altogether.

My review for magicyclebike.com These bikes are very well built and have loads of power. We have the Deer model and love the rear mono-shock. Even though the bike is a bit on the heavy side, it is very nimble due to the smaller tires and lower center of gravity.
