Very Disappointed and Angry

I have been a loyal ambassador for MAS for over 15 years having flown to KL from London 2-3 times a year plus internal flights including Firefly. However my recent experience over a cancelled flight due to Vovid-19 MCO restrictions and a promised (in writing) refund has been very very disappointing. Nearly 6 months on and nothing, excuse after excuse after excuse. Unacceptable. Unless they sort this very quickly I'll be going to KL via Singapore in future (incidentally, that airline refunded a friend in full within a week of asking!)

Great service and food options on the…

Great service and food options on the flight from the London to KL. Slight issues with the customer service on the way back to London but would definitely recommend travelling business class vs some other airlines.

Disgusting Behaviour

I have $1200 worth of flights booked with MA through a travel agent Luxury Escapes. I have been denied a refund again and again even though MA changed/cancelled flights multiple times. This isn’t a pity party but I will not be able to travel again in the future as I am becoming a carer for my father who has a tumour on his spinal cord and is losing his ability to walk. This holiday was my last chance at getting away. Very disappointed in MA..

Shocking and disgusting behaviour from staff

Shocking and disgusting behaviour by the staff to keep hold of customer refunds. I was just on the phone to a man who told me their refund team was a seperate team and put me on hold to "send them an email" only to ring again the following day to find out he had lied and faked sending it to get me off the phone. I then spoke to another man who accused me of lying and said he didn't believe me. They are currently 'evaluating' if I deserve a refund even though it was a flight that THEY cancelled. Do not ever ever ever fly with this company.

Won't refund even though the flight will end up being cancelled.

We have flights booked from Sydney to Thailand in September and the flights keep getting rescheduled and will not leave the ground due to Government restrictions yet MA are saying we can have credit that needs to be booked by 31st Dec 2020 and taken by 30 June 2021. Insane. I have been trying to deal with them and the booking agent and keep getting told they will not refund even though they are not able to provide he service i have paid for in good faith.

Unable to get money back after they cancelled our flight due to Covid. Been fighting for 5 months now to get it back.They simply do not care. Treated the customers with contempt and repeatedly lied to me.

Have waited four months now for a refund on two cancelled flights. They won't even reply to my requests for information. When all this is over, people will remember how they were treated and the long term prospects for companies like this must surely be poor.
