Although shipping the order did take a very long time and only a partial shipment came at first, I am satisfied with the excellent quality of clothing and the sincere efforts of the staff at MNCY. Ordered from them before, no issues. Made a second order for over $200 on January 1st and never heard a thing in response. No shipping confirmation, nothing. It’s now been 17 days. I have sent 2 messages in their “contact form” and one message via email to their support email. Still no response. Very frustrating. Sadly, can’t recommend this company if their service is this inconsistent and you can’t get help when needed. It’s a shame because the clothing is lovely.
