Review Description: My wife bought a present for her 90 year old mother in Scotland and paid cash for it in her local store. Evri did not deliver it and claim to have left it on a bin outside the house. No-one has seen it. M&S are distancing themselves from the problem directing my wife to Evri who are impossible to get sense from. How can a company of such former stature as M&S be happy with this level of service. Take the money, then pass the buck to a very substandard delivery service. What happened to customer care? What happened to consumer rights?

Review Description: Cancelled order with no notice!My order was due for collection but then I received an email to say it was delayed until 23rd Dec. My husband travelled to pick the item up only to receive an email this morning that it was cancelled as the item was out of stock. This is unacceptable as there is no excuse for the late notice. To now have to source this item which was a Christmas gift at such short notice Will be impossible. Shame on you MandS. As I loyal customer for many years I feel very let down.

Review Description: As a man of 40+ I find M&S great for clothing. There are very few high street stores now for my age group offering good quality clothes. Highly recommended. I would recommend you try on in store as sizes vary slightly between shirts, overshirts, jackets etc. in my opinion (i.e. an over shirt can fit a bit bigger than a shirt of the same size).

Review Description: My first order was delayed then cancelled without communication, they then re ordered it with a promise to deliver 2 days later. Again it has still not been dispatched even though it is in stock and still no communication. Customer service centre is completely useless, they will not cancel the order but don't know if or when I will get it. They have had my money for 2 orders for the same one item yet I'm still left empty handed.

Review Description: Absolute rubbish. Waited over 4 weeks no parcel. Rang customer service 4 times just made excuses. On the last call found out Evri had returned my parcel and gave no reason. Now I’m left without those items for Christmas gifts. I will never shop with M&S again.
