I recently purchased the Masscob navy pullover in size M from Beautiful South in Rathmines, Dublin, Ireland. Despite following the care instructions diligently, the pullover shrank after just a few wears, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The fact that I paid €250 for an item that didn't hold up to basic care is disappointing to say the least. Upon reaching out to the place of purchase, Beautiful South, I was met with a lackluster response that suggested I take the item to a dry cleaner, which did not address the issue at hand. Seeking further assistance, I contacted Masscob directly, only to receive a brief acknowledgment and no further communication despite multiple follow-ups. This entire experience has left me questioning both the quality of the product and the level of customer service provided. While I appreciate the minimal response from Masscob, it falls short of what is expected when spending a significant amount on a clothing item. I expected better quality and customer support for a premium-priced product. In hindsight, I am left wondering if a two-star rating is too generous given the lack of satisfactory resolution and communication. N
