The gold value doesn’t match what you recieve
My review for mene.com The gold value they display on there site per item isn’t the current gold value. I received a partial refund because the ring was listed at 10.15 grams and I received it at 9.83 grams. When you sell people on INVESTMENT GOLD. It’s probably not good customer relations to then short them on gold value. I will give them credit and why it wasn’t a 1 because they refunded partial payment. It wasn’t easy, in an email from customer service, Luanne, it sounded like they would refund me. When I called them and Luanne answered she made it sound that I would not get a refund because in their TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the gold can be plus or minus .50 grams. Which I find it ironic they put that in their Terms and Conditions because they know most people won’t read it and it covers them. Eventually, Luanne provided a refund, but I felt like it was not easy to get one. I think being off by .32 grams is a lot and pricey. I will say the packaging was secure and included a book from the owner, certifications which were faded (they sent me new ones). The platinum piece was heavier so I will give credit where it is due.
