My evaluation for microsoftstore.com Would not change a defective laptop computer which they legally need to do. It was an official refurbished merchandise. Needed to get a refund. Underneath UK client rights legislation they need to restore, change or give refund. I wished a substitute however they would not motion it. I defined what their authorized obligations are . After 7 hours (not an exaggeration) coping with their help over 2 weeks I lastly gave up and received a refund. Horrible product, even worse service.
