My review for midtowncomics.com Have bought from them for years although their gift certificates are difficult/complicated to redeem. Customer service often inaccurate and some ordered items could suddenly be cancelled. On my last order, they decided to not provide free shipping like they always did before or like they still state on their website and wanted to charge me $50, refusing a refund option. After a month or so of messaging and threatening to report their unethical practice, they sent the books for free shipping (for the last time).
