Dangerous customer support

My overview for miinto.fr I purchased some footwear on the Miinto web site from a vendor referred to as APE FASHION STORE. The field arrived damaged. The identical day I acquired the merchandise I despatched photographs reporting this downside to the miinto assist e mail and so they advised me that there was no downside and that they'd inform the boutique. The footwear turned out to be too massive, so I returned them. The boutique rejected my return due to the damaged field, which I didn't break. That was the boutique's downside for not defending the merchandise effectively and the supply firm's fault for not being extra cautious. I'm not gonna lose virtually 150€ due to a CARDBOARD BOX that I didn’t even break. I'll by no means purchase from Miinto once more, I don't advocate that you just achieve this both.
