Had an issue with my Minirig3, reached out to CS who were quick to reply, friendly and really helpful. Went through the well laid out standardised test procedure to check if that resolved the issue. No bueno, so had to send it in. Shipped on Monday. It has already been fixed and sent back (Wednesday). Sent via 48 hour delivery too. Really quick turnaround, not having the rig for a few days was torture, so very glad to get it back soon. Thanks again M
