To compound matters, the mismatched color patterns on the nightstand tops further highlighted the subpar quality control processes in place. Despite each nightstand costing a staggering $640, the deterioration of the top color on one unit was met with indifference from the company. Ikea quality for an expensive price
My review for modloft.com I purchased the Astor Dining Table. Upon arrival, I was impressed- it really is a beautiful table. However, after a few uses, basic actions like passing a plate would yield a scratch. Really poor quality. I reached out and it took many, many follow up emails and calls to get a response. When I finally did, it was we can't do anything about it (from Miguel Perez). If you write a review on their website that is negative or on their instagram, it will be deleted. If you are interested in real reviews, take a look at their yelp or BBB.
