My review for moltonbrown.com Not sure where to begin on this. I am a Platinum Member and was given a free EDT with my next purchase but would complete my online order. What was the point Made 2 calls to customer service if 1hr 30, and 2hrs 45, unanswered. Although their products are excellent they cannot rely on that for ever without good customer service. They are an absolute joke and after many, many years with them, will, like a number of others, talk with my feet and walk away. Xmas comes every year so be prepared.
