It took another three weeks before I received a message offering to apply a Montura patch for 40 euros, indicating that the warranty would not cover the repair. While I understand and accept this decision, I am deeply disappointed by the prolonged response times. By the end of February, after a total of 7-8 weeks of back and forth, I was informed that my jacket had been returned to the Parma store. To summarize: - It took 7-8 weeks to address a repair request. - There was no clarity on whether the repair would be covered until the final stages of the process. - On March 1st, after 8 weeks, I finally retrieved my jacket. The customer service experience felt disorganized, with communication between the store and customer service resembling a game of ping pong. I hope my review provides valuable insight. My review for montura.it Ho daneggiato lievemente la giacca Montura acquistata a novembre 2022 in Goretex e ho chiesto assistenza alla Montura per vedere se è riparabile. Questo succedeva il 10 gennaio 2023. Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto dopo 2 settimane dicendomi di portarla presso il negozio di Montura di Parma. Il negozio di Parma non sapeva pertanto ne dirmi se era una riparazione in garanzia o una riparazione a pagamento. Dopo 3 settimane da quando ho portato la giacca in negozio a Parma, mi mandano un messaggio chiedendomi se per 40 euro mi va bene che mi venga applicato sopra lo stemma dell Montura, quindi finalmente ho la risposta, garanzia non viene riconosciuta (che ci sta, non contesto tale scelta, poichè è una mia colpa, contesto però tantissimo i tempi di risposta). Fine febbraio quindi dopo 7 settimane dalla richiesta di assistenza mi si fa sapere che la giacca è tornata presso il negozio di Parma. Riepilogando:- Assistenza di 7/8 settimane per riparare una giacca;- Nessuna indicazione se intervento a pagamento o meno, solo praticamente alla fine mi è stato detto se volevo la riparazione a 40 euro, per fortuna me l'hanno chiesto;- Il primo di marzo finalmente a distanza di 8 settimane vado a ritirare la mia giacca;Assistenza pessima e di ping pong tra negozio e assistenza clienti, l'assistenza clienti mi diceva parla con il negozio, il negozio mi diceva parla con assistenza clienti.
