Unacceptable Shipping Delays To add insult to injury, the package experienced a six-day delay, far surpassing the delivery window for perishable items. The frustrating part was the lack of transparency and accountability from Mrs. Prindables. Despite the evident shipping mishap, the company falsely attributed the delay to weather conditions. This false claim was easily debunked by checking the UPS website, which stated no delays were reported. A Disheartening Discovery What compounded the disappointment was the realization that Mrs. Prindables, while charging genuine UPS rates, utilized a questionable shipping service referred to as "Pirate Shipping." This discovery and the subsequent poor handling of the situation left me deeply disheartened, considering the significant amount of money I had spent on previous orders with them.
