I recently had a disappointing experience with my order from muckbootcompany.ca, which left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had purchased two pairs of boots, with high hopes for their quality and fit. However, upon receiving the items, I encountered several issues that made the entire process an ordeal. To my surprise, one of the pairs didn't fit at all, despite my previous positive experiences with winter boots and steel toe boots from the same company, which were in the same size as the ones I ordered. Additionally, the other pair I received was the complete wrong model, which only added to my frustration. The return process turned out to be a true test of patience and resilience. Despite promptly returning the items, it took over 40 days to receive the refund, and it was a strenuous and prolonged endeavor. In fact, I had to actively engage in persistent communication and follow-ups to ensure that the return was processed. Drawing from my own experience in a returns department, I meticulously gathered and presented evidence to prove that the items had indeed been received by the company. This was the only avenue through which I was able to eventually secure the refund, and it was far from a seamless or pleasant experience. I was taken aback by the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the customer service team throughout this ordeal. Their demeanor was consistently rude and unfriendly, and at no point did they offer any form of apology for the errors or inconvenience caused. Moreover, there was no effort made to compensate for the considerable trouble and frustration I had to endure. It would have been a gesture of goodwill to receive a discount code for future orders, but this was not offered. The specific model I had ordered was the 'Women's Derby Ankle,' and despite my initial excitement about the purchase, the overall experience has left me deeply disappointed. This entire episode has certainly soured my perception of the company and has made me apprehensive about considering any future purchases from them. In conclusion, my journey with muckbootcompany.ca was marred by inaccurate sizing, wrong product shipment, prolonged refund process, and poor customer service. It is disheartening to encounter such a sequence of disappointments, especially when one eagerly anticipates a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. I sincerely hope that the company takes this feedback constructively and uses it to improve their processes and customer interactions. As for me, this encounter has certainly made me more cautious and discerning when it comes to online purchases, particularly from this particular retailer. K

My review for muckbootcompany.ca We ordered two pairs of boots. One pair they didn't fit at all even though their winter boots and steel toe boots in the same size did in previous orders. The other pair was the complete wrong model. It took over 40 days to get the refund even though we returned them promptly. It was not without a fight. They gave us refunds on at time weeks apat. The only way I was able to get the refund was having experience in a returns department and knowing how to do the research to prove they revived the items. They were very rude, not polite or friendly. They never apologised for the errors and did not compensate us at all for our trouble by giving us a discount code for future orders. For reference we ordered the 'Women's Derby Ankle'
