My assessment for mustekasetti.com Tilasin 200e lasertulostimen jossa piti olla lisävärikasetti (arvo 35e) mukana. Tulostin tuli nopeasti ja siinä ei moittimista mutta paketista puuttui lisäväri ja asiakaspalveluun ei ole saanut yhteyttä yli 2 viikkoon. Olen lähettänyt 2 sähköpostia asiasta ja saanut useless automaattikuittauksen takaisin. Yhteydenotto-ohjeensa kertovat näin:"Asiakaspalveluun useless sähköpostilla: asiakaspalvelu(at)mustekasetti.fiSähköposteihin vastaamme nopeasti. Tuotetuki, verkkokaupan tilaukset."Kun asiakaspalvelu ei toimi niin ei todellakaan herätä luottamusta eikä sen takia enempää tähtiä. Mitäpä jos vika olisikin itse tulostimessa?
