My assessment for nachtrust.nl Web is ons hoofdbord binnengekomen maar dit is de verkeerde kleur. Foto’s van het mattress dat twee jaar oud is gestuurd. (per electronic mail)Meerdere keren gevraagd aan twee medewerkers of dit de juiste kleur. Ze hebben mij verteld dat dit de juiste kleur is. Niet dus!!! Afgesproken met de monteurs dat wij het bord ergens moeten laten spuiten. De korting die wij hebben gekregen is €150,- euro. Tot op heden geen geld terug gekregen. (we wachten al een week) Twee e-mails gestuurd en gebeld maar geen reactie.
