My review for nastygal.com PLEASE do not order here if you don't want to be scammed! I had a $25.00 gift card and thought I would order from Nasty Gal with no problems, Big mistake. I was charged a different amount than what I was supposed to pay after payment was accepted and received. I have not had that happen while ordering online and I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I had only two items in the cart and my gift card was short only 99 cents so I used two payment methods and paid the 99 cents with my other card thinking it was no problem, only to find out after payment was received that my bank account showed I was charged $11.16??? I contacted Nasty Gal extremely confusing, automated, and unhelpful customer service to explain I was charged the wrong amount after payment was accepted, and even showed the proof of the correct amount I was supposed to be charged and what was stated that they even wanted to see, and still after providing proof all the different customer service representatives gave me several run arounds to avoid fixing the problems that their site doesn't work sometimes, how many items in my cart, prices can change or increase based on promo codes used, and asking me to show proof of where I got the promo code I used which is quite frankly none of their business. I later figured out without my knowledge that they charged me for two dresses after receiving my order, so I returned one It's still an issue with that, as I can receive store credit even though both cards were charged and I can't get my refund on the card that was overcharged which is my debit card, I received different run arounds again and even automated and misspelled responses that didn't make any sense, saying that there is no way to get both refunds split into two payments methods, since I used a gift card and then turning around and saying that I will get the rest of the refund amount on my debit card but I had an email saying the full total of the refund, was $10.88 and it was going to be in gift card form, WHAT??? I even asked them if $10.88 was supposed to be in gift card form or in a gift voucher then what is the rest of the amount that's supposed to be refunded to my debit card or what is the full refund amount, they couldn't even answer. I don't want a gift voucher as I don't want to order from a company that practices schemish tactics and ways, overcharges you, doesn't have valuable or personable customer support, you're speaking to automated and different people each time, doesn't process refunds in the correct manner or way, and doesn't own up to mistakes. Extremely disappointed as they just recently went through a lawsuit for schemish sale tactics and lessons haven't been learned or nothing has changed. I would rather not order from a company that will charge an increased/different amount than what I was supposed to be charged and trust me I looked at the currency for different countries and was still incorrectly charged, the math didn't add up. I also kept getting the excuses that their systems doesn't work that's why they are unable to fix mistakes or solve problems, you would think if that was the problem, then you shouldn't be taking customer's payments. Think twice before losing your money
My review for nastygal.com I placed an order and about a month later tracking said it arrived. It didn’t. Customer service said the order would be reshipped. A few weeks later tracking once again said delivered. It was not. I contacted customer service again and they said they could issue me a 70% refund. What company doesn’t do a full refund? The tracking company was 818. Their tracking site gives you next to no information. So you have no carrier info or tracking number to check yourself. Nasty Gal customer service also does not give you the carrier or tracking number so there’s no way to actually know if they’ve even shipped your order. Feels like a total scam. I made the mistake of ordering here. Think twice before you do. D

Nonexistent customer service
My review for nastygal.com Absolutely insane that there is simply no customer service whatsoever. I was overcharged, tried to immediately cancel my order, which is not an option. There is no customer service phone number, so I sent an email…two days later still no response. Their website says to “reach out on social” Instagram dms sent one automated response having nothing to do with my issue and then stopped responding. Facebook never responded. Even on sketchy sites like wish and SHEIN, I’ve always been able to reach customer service. Not with nastygal. So wild that they are charing 100s for items and not even employing one customer service person. E

My review for nastygal.com I placed my order 12/9/23. The order took a very long time. Then once it said delivered it was not. I contacted them and they assured me they would resend. Once resent the same thing. First order said delivered 1/9/24 (a whole month after order). Second order said delivered 1/22/24. Neither order arrived. Another person detailed a similar experience.
