Review Description: They used to be great. I don't know what happened. Now I have to spend more time with customer service to get things right than ever before. Waste of time in my opinion. I should just be able to rent a car and return it. They promise one price then charge another on return. I ask/reserve a specific car type and when I get there, it's not available. I am an executive elite member, I used them a lot... No more. Time getting what's expected it more valuable than time waiting on the phone with customer service. I'm done with national.

They asked med to transfer down to a smaller car without a good reduction in the price, also they tried to sell me all kinds of insurances you don't need.
