Wanneer je €6 euro vraagt aan je klant voor levering de volgende dag en je kan dit niet waarmaken, is het minste wat je kan doen een compensatie aanbieden. Na 1 bericht negeren ze ook de volgende berichten die je naar hen stuurt.
