Unbelievably disgustingly rude reception manager Jan. who accused me of being a liar and asked me to produce bank statements to prove I payed booking up front! Although I had E-mail confirming this! Asked me to described who checked me in then stated that person Ahmed wasn’t on duty then! Lol. Refused to give his managers name! Utterly disgusting little man. Had to go through U.K. customer service. No apology/ No refund as yet. You couldn’t make this up! Two night stay ruined.
