My review for niture.co.uk Ordered two sofas in December to arrive before Christmas, which they did. However, the back cushions are already collapsing and I'm trying to get a refund but after sending endless emails (and only getting a reply when I mentioned trading standards) I've been told there is nothing wrong with them. Nice enough sofas, if poor quality, but shocking communication. I now have to pursue this through the small claims court. Sadly can't reccomend to anyone.
