Defective product, poor responses to unhappy customers

My review for noize.com I initially came here to write about a lack of appropriate response from customer service after a winter coat I bought this year started to rip after merely a handful of times. They are not accepting a full refund for a defective product. My previous jacket from Noize lasted over 5 years! As an aside, I am shocked at the company’s unprofessional responses to other customers here. I thought this was a Canadian company, but with the terrible English and poor grammar, it is likely they outsourced to a foreign third world country. The responses from customer service is incredibly unhinged and not in keeping with Canadian culture. I am shocked at the responses here to other customers including details of their trips and all. Just scroll and see for yourself. When there are multiple poor reviews and a glowing 5 star review just thinkEdit: my jacket, like others ripped at the sleeve. Clearly a change in quality.
