My review for nokia.com An update about this company. They dont have any way to get in contact with someone above the chat so when they mess up its only them you can get in contact with. I really feel that it is something fishy going on in my case. People at hmd say different thing and as in my case i sent in a tablett for repair under warranty. After weeks of no info at all i got my tablet full of grease and fingerprints but the worst is that they made a scratch thats 3 cm on the screen. People before you buy a nokia product and have anything to do with hmd please go to google and search for hmd that has the nokia products. Search hmd is worthless and things in negative terms or reviewsAfter doing a short research you can make upp your mind if you still want to have anything to do with them I have a service matter that i sent to their service in romania and its the worst i ever seen and today i sat in their chat asking manny times that i hade enough and wanted to be contacted by phone. They refuse and dont even answer. So i who worked in the tech industri has never seen anything like this that i had to deal with for almost 1 month. It really fels like im dealing with scam people and crooked. After the last conversations 10 minutes ago with their chat i really had enough. So im going to post this story so hopefully people google this company HMD GLOBAL thats sell Nokia products so people dont have to go through what i have. So,now i have my old tablet i sent in for repair that i was promised a new one by them with a bonus scratch on the screen. Talked today with a service company here in Sweden that after ive told them what has happened he said that the get calls about the same thing i told them and that people cant get in touch with the company. My device was sent to service in Romania by the way. So in my opinion i have never come across any company thats doing this to customers that buy their products. As i worked in this business for manny years it really fell like a scam company. Ive google myself and its crazy that ive found so much that people has been through what i have. TAKE EXTRA Caution AND GOOGLE: HMD GLOBAL. UPDATE Tried asking 6-7 times how they do with compensation and they refused to even answer. And the funniest thing i wrote down all my questions and after a long while another person was in the chat. The first one was gone. Asked if he could read my questions and answer the ones he could and then ask someone else. He did nothing. WARNING THIS IS A Scam Company FOR SURE. Please google hmd global before you buy nokia. Today on the 13 th of feb still nothing. Sat in chat yesterday and said to the person that i was gonna ask some questions i prepared. And if he could answer them and the ones he could t come back with answer later. Got yes back. So i copy and paste rhe questions about what is happening and what to expect ect. Sat for 7 or 8 min until i see the word Hi in the chat. Another person was taking over. Ah good i thought finally someone that not a scammers. But oh i was wrong. What can i help you with sir i got. Well you can read my questions in this chat as i have to the other guy and and i will wait. He didnt then the chat was over. This service that HMD Global runs in romania is a crazy and twisted strange that i never seen. The must be criminals. Warning again google Hmd global reviews and you will se for yourself. Its so weird that they do this. Sorry for repetition bit i am so angry.

Faulty phones

My review for nokia.com The company needs to give people a chance to reply to the first question asked and not fire more questions at customers and taking the answer to the first question as the answer to all questions asked.i purchased two Nokia G42 phones and both have the same problems to say that I am annoyed with hmd is just the tip of the iceberg. I would suggest to anybody to think twice about purchasing a mobile phone from this company.

Disappointed

My review for nokia.com Remember when Nokia was the mobile phone brand leader ? Yep, of course you do. Well unfortunately that's a distant memory. My C3 could be the best phone ever... BUT the screen randomly freezes ! Sometimes 3 or 4 times a day, which is a pain in the a... Sometimes every press of a key it freezes !! It's driving me insane. Yep, I've chatted with Nokia. They say it's a known fault with the model. Even with a factory reset, it hasn't fixed problem. It's still under warranty but nowhere to send it in Australia. Anyway, I could keep raving. But it won't solve this models problem.
