It came with a month free iFit which I didn't expect to like but all the family love it! I like the feature that makes the track go down hill as well as up and good sounds and fan. Robust and reliable
My review for nordictrack.co.uk I have been using Nordictrack equipment for 3 years now. I find the machines very robust and reliable. Nordictrack are always easy to contact and pleasant to deal with. The whole family all use the equipment every day and we would not be without it. The online experience using the IFIT trainers are amazing and well worth every penny. R

Nordic Track bike – great purchase
My review for nordictrack.co.uk Nordic Track was recommended by a friend and I don't regret the purchase one but. Easy to assemble, comfortable to exercise on and is pleasing enough on the eye to have it downstairs in our open plan living space. The app is fabulous too and in the first month I did HIT on the bike nearly daily in Iceland and Hawaii! Certainly an engaging way to have a workout! Unfortunately I am struggling to get motivated post-christmas slump, but have just turned it on this morning for a half hour low intensity workout and feeling the pull again. R

Purchased the S15i Bike
My review for nordictrack.co.uk Purchased the S15i Bike. Purchasing was simple and delivery time communicated in a reasonable time framePackaging and delivery were excellent. Bike arrived safely and on time. Assembly and setup was straightforward. Took about 2 hours or so, check the crank arms are tight though as they were not on mine. Bike is very good i'm particularly impressed with incline function and combined with the ifit subscription and fans results In a reasonably immersive experience. Overall the product has been great. The ifit experience though is not as slick as it could be and the pricing plans could be a lot more clear. S

“Commercial” Treadmill mis-named
My review for nordictrack.co.uk “Commercial” Treadmill mis-namedBought a Nordic Track x32i commercial for our small commercial gym. Bought from John Lewis with what we thought was a 2 year warranty . The product name led us to think that this was a “commercial grade” machine. The machine was invoiced to our business and installed by Nordic Track guys at the business premises. The deck cracked after 12 months We discovered that the 2 year warranty doesnt cover commercial useWhy use the word”commercial” in the product name if it doesnt stand up to commercial useAttempts to contact Nordic Track proved hopeless- no response to emails and phone calls went unanswered after lengthy time spent hanging onSourced a new deck elsewhere and suspension parts on ebayWill not buy this brand again G

No customer care in customer care
My review for nordictrack.co.uk Extremely poor service from NordicTrack. We have only had our spin bike for 2 weeks and it developed a fault on the fly wheel. Customer service basically told us not to call them as they were very busy and was pushing calls back.. They told us to record a video and email to them and they will get back to us within 3 to 5 days.. The email response was 7 to 10 days! We have also been unable to register the bike from the info on the by take a photo of the scan code.. We tried multiple times but was then told on the phone that they don't use that now!! We are still waiting to hear if the bike has actually been registered. We have spent 1k on the bike and then on subscription too only to have a bike we cannot use.. If you are contemplating NordicTrack over Peloton, then go with Peloton..they can't be worse than NordicTrack . If it's not resolved within the 10 days, they will be collecting it from us. UPDATE: My wife has had a response on email today but unfortunately they are asking the same set of questions that we sent answer to them a week ago! This seems to be going no where. No wonder they are behind with dealing with customers if they are duplicating emails. C

My review for nordictrack.co.uk Excellent reviews proven to be right. Overall, this is great piece of equipment. Bike was very easy to setup. iFit was already preinstalled, and before I knew, I was riding bike in Alaska! Very immersive rides, no matter which part of the world I choose to go. Nordic Track delivered bike in time, very smooth experience. I would highly recommend the company and exercise bike. A

My review for nordictrack.co.uk I've had a faulty spin bike S15i delivered November 2023. Bearing's we're damaged and needed replacing. Wasn't happy as I'd literally unpacked the bike assembled it test rode it and discovered a awful noise. Rang customer service straight away. Was told an engineer would come out to fix this. I wasn't happy as this was literally out of the box. Had to send a video of the fault. This took a while for someone to actually look at the video a prompt reminder call again to customer service got this looked at eventually. I expressed my dismay of having a brand new bike fixed. Waited forever for an engineer to contact me. Rang customer service again to ask what was going on. Engineer came on the 7th December couldn't fix the fault he didn't have the correct tool. Had to wait a further week or so for him to return. Replaced bearings then the resistance stopped working he recalibrated the system everything seemed fine. In January a noise started to develop on the front fly wheel and the resistance would be temperamental. So yet again called customer service now said I'd like a refund or gave them the choice to replace the bike. No I couldn't have either customer service said I'd have to send another video in and have an engineer out again. I was fuming at this point as I clearly stated I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for the managers email to put in a complaint and also said I'd contact the CEO of ifit. They finally agreed to replace the bike but I'm still waiting for someone to contact me to pick up the faulty bike it's now February! When I called customer service to ask when this will be sorted I just get a email saying be patient! I've been extremely patient if this continues for much longer I'll be getting a refund not a replacement. I've purchased a Nordic track treadmill last year that is great so I saved up to buy the S15i commercial spin bike and have had nothing but trouble and been fobed off by customer service. Maybe I'm just unlucky but be aware of there customer service I know there just doing there job but it's not a great experience! W

make sure you have a friend to help you put the bike together
My review for nordictrack.co.uk I bought this in November. All arrived as expected with clear instructions on how to put it together. It is quite bulky though, so make sure you have a friend to help!!!! It came with 30 days of free Ifit membership, which only had a week to run by the time the bike had arrived and we had found time to put it together. I couldn't work out how to restart my membership, but a very helpful lady at Nordictrack sorted it all out for me so I have no more excuses! T

My review for nordictrack.co.uk Searched a long while for a good quality treadmill to be used for all type of training runs. Alot of positive words to say about the NordicTrack EXP 10iVery sturdy, treadmill pace seems accurate to actual running speed & good elevation settings. Only negative is the iFit. The sessions don't seem to fit my athletic ability with pace wanted to achieve, all seems slow workouts. Or maybe this was me just not understanding iFit. Also iFit costs are very expensive. A

2450 treadmill
My review for nordictrack.co.uk Using the 2450 treadmill mainly for the screen size and the iFIT option to run or walk with the on screen instructor. From iFIT perspective the walks are great and make the time on the treadmill more interesting. There is no option to use another screen and the processor in the unit is a little slow. 1080 resolution skips too much so using 720 resolution necessary which is still ok but would prefer the higher resolution to work better. Treadmill works well and the pace and incline selection are easy to use. Linking to Bluetooth heart rate monitor also reasonable (using Echo). Changes to incline can be a little noisy but I’m not the lightest person so perhaps it’s the fight against my own gravity. It’s not that bad. Nothing outstanding about the general treadmill noise it’s not distracting just what you’d expect. Arrives in a large box I put together myself. Apart from 1 bolt which wouldn’t go in it all went together well.
