My review for nuts.com I bought two different chocolate products from Nuts.com and both were terrible. I enquired about returning them for a refund and one customer services rep, Kitty said that I should return the products at my own expense and then add on another 20% of the costs so someone can throw them in the trash on my behalf. While another, Abigail, said she will give me credit to buy yet more products, when I’ve already bought two that were both unpleasant to eat. Awful customer service and the fact that I’ve got two people telling me two completely different things, rather than just returning my money is really not great either.
