Review Description: I bought prescription glasses from Oakley. After just two weeks the glasses cracked and broke. I submitted a claim and was told it wasn’t covered due to normal wear and tear of product. So to them normal wear and tear is two weeks long and will not cover anything. Offered to sell me the same glasses for 40 bucks off so I wasted 170 bucks on glasses that lasted two weeks. The warranty is a joke.

Review Description: Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. The Website is broken! After speaking with several help desk staff members, I never managed to process my payment and order my glasses. They didn't really seem to give a s**t and advised that there wasn't anything they could do. Review Description: I ordered them on November 6, 2022, but still have not received them (as of November 21, 2022). They blamed the retailer where I was supposed to pick up the item. I blame the company. The simple fact is the company already charged my credit card, and I still don't have the sunglasses. Review Description: another unhappy customer. glasses didn't arrive. dhl says in transit for over 2 weeks with no update. i contact CS, have to wait forever. they say they delivered (the day after i ordered) so that was untruthful. they blamed it on ups, who wasn't even the carrier. apparently they are resending again.
