My evaluation for obiprint.com On ne peux pas laisser moins d’une étoile. Website à fuir ! Companies après vente qui ne tient pas compte de votre insatisfaction, j’ai fais faire 250 cartes de visites avec dorure. Entre dorure manquantes, coupage mal réalisé avec déchirure apparente, 210 sont inexploitables. À cela vous ajouter une de doublure d’inscription automotive ne peuvent imprimer deux fichiers identiques alors qu’ils réclament ces deux fichiers lors de la commande. Je précise que j’avais payé un bat pour valider la commande sur lequel tout était parfait. J’ai demandé une nouvelle manufacturing mais il fallait que je paye à nouveau avec 25% de remise ! La blague. J’ai alors demandé le remboursement, ils m’ont proposés 25% seulement de remboursement sur un whole de 130€ ! Soit 30€ de remboursement. j’ai abandonné et accepté le remboursement des 25%. A ce jour, transaction du 08/01, toujours pas remboursée … les échangent par mail et téléphone ont été nombreux. Bref très insatisfaite

Les cartes sont arrivées inutilisables, illisibles, la dorure s'écaille absolument partout, de plus les traits de celle-ci ne sont pas droit, même mon gros texte n'est pas web, la dorure est mal appliquée et aucune vérification n'est faite avant l'envoi. J'aurais eu honte d'envoyer un travail aussi minable à mes purchasers à leur place. J'ai ouvert une réclamation suite à ça, ils refusent de me rembourser et proposent un bon de réduction à la place.
