Horrible customer support, deceptive bookings
My evaluation for oebb.at Horrible customer support, they have been actually impolite and unhelpful and the second time I attempted to name they hung up. Their web site is deceptive, the reserving says it's all the way in which to Prague however the ticket they supply is barely to Nurnberg. Once I emailed them about this their very boastful response was “I remorse that you simply discover our ÖBB Ticketshop deceptive. We have now tried to make the brand new ticketing as intuitive as potential and to optimize it to the wants of our prospects. Sadly, we didn't succeed with you.” Any time somebody begins an apology with “I’m sorry that you simply ...” they’re probably not apologising, they’re deflecting duty. Don’t ebook with them.
