An outdated saddle with a brand new upholstery arrived, the shop determined to acceptable the deposit for my outdated saddle, at first they threatened to take half of it, allegedly for the poor situation of my saddle, after which they wrote that they might not return something. It's unrealistic to return your cash when you paid with a financial institution card and don't stay in Germany!!! Watch out they are going to discover an excuse to deceive you, no belief!
