My overview for oldmillsaddlery.com I ordered a saddle pad which was described as having a fluffy padding on the withers, it turned up with out the padding they usually have refused to present a refund (they provided a reduction however taking a look at opinions on belief pilot I gained’t be buying from them once more!) on account of it being personalised. I might not have had it personalised if I knew it might not have the padding as it's completely ineffective to me.
