To add to the frustration, both pairs developed holes near the big toe, a disappointing revelation for shoes priced at £160. This premature wear and tear are concerning and not acceptable for a brand of this caliber. While On-Running shoes excel in comfort, their durability and overall quality leave much to be desired, especially considering the hefty price tag. If enhanced durability features were incorporated, these shoes would undoubtedly be worth every penny.

Good shoes, horrible customer support

My review for on-running.com Shoes for exchange were received by On Running on 12-4-23, per FedEX and as is noted by the On website. For 3-4 weeks, the website said that the exchange was in process. Several calls were made to On "Customer Happiness" reps and I was told on each occasion that the shipping label had been printed and that the replacement shoes would be shipped within a couple of days. During the first or second week of January 2024, On reps said that the exchange had been cancelled and that my credit card would be refunded. The On website also reflected the cancellation and the pending refund. I waited approximately two weeks for the refund and received nothing. Since, I have made three more calls to On customer service at approximately one week intervals and have been told each time to expect the refund within 2-3 business days. At this point, and after purchasing six pairs of On shoes, I am not sure that I will ever get the refund. I love the shoes, but not the customer support.

My evaluation for on-running.com REALLY unhealthy expertise for a primary order and the customer support is appalling - by far the worst I've ever skilled. Positioned an order which by no means received delivered by Royal Mail and has been caught in the identical standing since 31/01 - spoken to five chat advisors and 1 customer support advisor who hold utilizing fob off explanations and passing the buck to at least one one other. No one needs to take possession and I’m nonetheless excellent a refund of £350 with no items!!! No managers accessible (as a result of it’s Friday apparently) and so they can’t get one other supervisor to take over to resolve. All in all, shoddy service and no buyer ‘care’ in any respect.
