Review Description: Worst experience ever. I called like 10 times so that my issue can be resolved. I was told that I will get a call back. Never received any call. Staff was so rude when I was calling them back. Every time different person says something different. Staff is not trained well. I ended up paying extra for the same booking. Never received any refund that I was told that I will get. I will never recommend OneTravel to anyone. Stay away please.

Review Description: I have had to contact this travel site twice for recent reservations. They double charged me for an airline reservation and then charged me an "extra guest" fee on my hotel reservation! Each time when I had to call them, I spent more than 30 minutes on hold waiting to talk to a person about these issues! I have deleted this site from my bookmarks and will NEVER use them again!

Review Description: I booked a flight that was advertised as fully refundable and flexible. And according to the airline's terms it is. Then I fell for another scam that said by buying their "Premium Support" package I'd avoid paying them a cancellation fee. Yet, they are charging to cancel. I contacted the airline and they said the ticket is not even valid! If an ticket is offered cheaper by an agent, most airlines do a price match. So save yourself the trouble and avoid these scammers.
