Eventually, though, I managed to secure an RMA and returned the unit for repair. Another disappointing turn came when UPS repeatedly delayed the delivery, citing unfounded "security access issues." Knowing well that this wasn't the case, as I regularly received UPS deliveries without any hiccups, I reached out to OnLogic for assistance. Regrettably, their response left much to be desired, demonstrating a lack of concern for the inconveniences faced. Despite the rocky journey I faced with their post-sales service, the quality of OnLogic's products cannot be undermined.
