My assessment for ono.es Van de Mal en Peor....son horrorosos y mienten mas que hablan. Me ofrecieron una oferta hace unos meses porque ya intente irme a otra compañia y cada factura me viene con un importe...ya me abonaron de dos facturas que me cobraron de mas porque los descuentos que me hicieron eran fechas diferentes de moviles, fibra y fijo. Tengo que estar pendiente de la fecha de finalizacion de cada cosa porque te pegan el SABLAZO y el ultimo mes me aseguraron que ya recibiria las facturas correctas y que no me subian ni 1 euro. MENTIRA porque esta ulyima factura me han subido 4 € por cada linea porque me dan mas megas y llamadas! Que horror!!!!!! Engañan como quieren..voy a ver que me queda de permanencia para salir corriendo y no VUELVO.

When I called to explain the issue, I was given only two options: buy a new TV or cancel my service. I chose the latter and switched to a different company. However, a year later, they are still chasing me for invoices I never received. On top of that, as soon as I requested a transfer, they deactivated my account on their website, preventing me from accessing any invoices.
