Towards the end of September, I placed an order with them totaling almost 100 euros. Three days later, I received an email notifying me that my order had been shipped. The Colissimo tracking number provided indicated that the parcel was en route via La Poste. However, five days passed, and the package had not yet arrived. It appeared that the package had somehow gone missing in transit. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, their customer service was utterly indifferent to my concerns. As I pointed out to them, I should not be held responsible for their logistical mishaps. All I desired were my products or a refund, plain and simple. With no sign of delivery, lack of communication, or any effort on their part to rectify the situation, I resorted to opening a PayPal dispute to reclaim my funds. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor. This experience marked the first and last time I will ever entertain the thought of placing an order with them. It is disheartening how they are quick to accept payment but then turn a blind eye to any issues that may arise.
