My overview for outnorth.de Ich habe nach den miesen Bewertungen hier auf Trustpilot mit dem Schlimmsten gerechnet. Aufgrund der sauguten Preise dann aber doch am 11.12.23 für quick 900€ mehrere Jacken zur Auswahl bestellt. Am 15.12. conflict das Paket da. Leider musste alles zurück. Dafür hatte ich 30 Tage Zeit, brauchte nur über die Outorth-Homepage einen DHL-Adressaufkleber erstellen und aufkleben. Fertig. Dafür wurden mir 4,90€ von der Rückerstattung abgezogen, was ich völlig in Ordnung finde. Am 13.1. habe ich das Paket zurückgeschickt und am 30.1. die Rückerstattung bekommen. Genau wie vorab von Outnorth kommuniziert. Werde dort definitiv wieder bestellen.

My evaluate for outnorth.de Bei uns wurde eine Lieferung gar nicht versendet die Reklamationsabteilung hat gesagt ich solle nochmals bestellen und dann wenn die 1. Sendung irgendwann kommt diese zurück senden. Am 02.11.2023 wurde der Betrag per Paypal bezahlt und bis heute 31.12.23 keine Rückzahlung erhalten die Schuhe wurden am 05.12.2023 zurückgesendet. Das ist eine Frechheit es geht immerhin um quick 200,- €. Bin am überlegen ob ich es meinem Anwalt übergebe!
